Comfortably Uncomfortable
Postponed Due to COVID-19
Angst is real and we’re not in the business of curing it. We’re here to offer you the tools you need to mindfully embrace it.
Octave’s Comfortably Uncomfortable group provides a safe space for you to learn how to live your best life, even with anxiety in it. Together we will break down the science behind anxiety and teach you how to identify the thinking and coping patterns that are keeping you stuck. Additionally, you will walk away with exercises designed to help you work through feelings of panic and rumination.
This group requires a consultation prior to enrollment. Please email us if you are interested in joining this group, and a member of our team will reach out to set up a consultation.
