Virtual Workshops

Our workshops are designed by a panel of experts in psychology, mindfulness, and wellness to help you develop skills and habits proven to support emotional resilience. Workshops are normally held at our clinics across NYC and SF, however, are held virtually at this time.

Learn how to improve resiliency and leave with tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other overwhelming feelings moving forward.

As we try look to find our footing and navigate through this unprecedented time, we know it is helpful to look at grounded, simple and powerful ways to support ourselves and our loved ones.

Join Megan Murk, Head of Coaching at Octave, as she shares her expertise around the Four Domains of Emotional Well-Being: mindset, lifestyle, awareness, and connection. Walk away with a deeper understanding of these four domains, and leave with take-home tools geared to help you improve resiliency and enable you to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other overwhelming feelings moving forward.
